The paper represents the authors’ struggle to comprehend the process of transformative learning. It is written in a form of dialog between three authors who express their ideas, experiences, personal narratives and doubts. This way of writing is in accordance with the main assumption that transformation in its core is relational. Therefore, our ideas and stories were provoked, challenged, and co-created. In the first part of the paper, we express our
understanding of transformative learning and discuss the main aspects of the process. In the second part, we discuss the importance of acknowledging the role of the body in the process of transformation and we emphasize a holistic approach to learning. The last part is about family. It introduces our personal observations and understanding of family crisis, and our stories related to the topic that emerged in conversations.
