Analitički koncepti, hipoteze i empirijska verifikacija - 'mreža školskih drugara' još jednom

Abstract

Ovaj članak je nastavak autorovog ranijeg teksta ''Mreža školskih drugara' u političkoj eliti Srbije'. Iznose se nove činjenice koje su se u međuvremenu pojavile, kao i nova saznanja autora koja se tiču objašnjenja nekih podataka iz prethodnog teksta. Autor afirmiše opštu hipotezu o postojanju političkog kapitalizma u Srbiji, ali ukazuje da pojedinačne hipoteze o načinu njegovog funkcionisanja ipak zahtevaju dodatne podatke i nova istraživanja. Nažalost, barem kada je reč o istraživanju srpske elite, uverljivost i brojnost naučno relevantnih činjenica kojima raspolažemo još uvek su znatno manji od objašnjavalačkih ambicija naših hipoteza i teorija.

This article continues the author's earlier article 'Old Boy Network in Serbian Political Elite'. The author presents facts that have since emerged, and his new knowledge concerning the explanation of the data from the previous text. While the data from the preceding text were consistent with our general impression about the systemic corruption in Serbia, this paper suggests that there are alternative explanations of a part of the same data, which are not based on system-friendly political monopolies and privileges. The author does not give up on the general hypothesis of the existence of political capitalism in Serbia, but accepts that some hypotheses concerning the way it works still require additional data and new research. Unfortunately, at least when it comes to the study of the Serbian elite, convincibility and the number of the relevant and scientific credible facts, at our disposal are still significantly lower than explanation ambitions of our hypotheses and theories.
