Konstruisanje slike o sebi i uzoru: istraživanje poistovećenja u teoriji ličnih konstrukata

Abstract

Poistovećenju se u teoriji ličnih konstrukata prilazi sa stanovišta opažene sličnosti između samstva i drugih osoba. Ne upuštajući se u raspru da li je u pitanju proces, odbrambeni mehanizam ili postignuto stanje, poistovećenje je posmatrano kao sredstvo u uobličavanju identiteta u skladu sa korolarom o izboru. Ono je ispitivano merenjem odnosa različitih vidova samstva sa važnim drugim osobama uz pomoć tehnike mreže repertoara. Rezultati protivureče klasičnom psihoanalitičkom učenju o poistovećivanju sa roditeljem istog pola, i ukazuju na veću opaženu sličnost između ispitanika, bez obzira na pol, sa majkom. Ova sličnost je istaknutija u konstruisanju samstva iz prošlosti, a rezultati daju izvesnu podršku tezi da muškarci 'razvode' samstvo iz sadašnjosti od slike o majci, približavajući se svojoj slici o ocu, nasuprot devojkama kod kojih je opažena sličnost sa majkom veća kod samstva iz sadašnjosti nego kod samstva iz prošlosti

Identification in the Personal construct theory is used as construct to account for certain perceived similarity of self in relation to others. The results contradict the classical psychoanalytic view of identifying with the parent of the same sex, and show greater construed similarity of subjects, irrespective of gender, with mother. This similarity is more prominent in the construction of Past self, while there is some support from he data that males 'divorce' their Actual self from mother's, coming closer to father, as opposed to females who resemble mothers more in their Actual than in the Past self
