Eros, seksualnost i tanatos

Abstract

U ovom članku se razmatra uzajamni odnos između pojmova erosa, seksualnosti i tanatosa, u kontekstu Frojdove i Markuzeove teorije. Autor ukazuje da se Markuzeov pomak u odnosu na Frojdovo gledište sastoji u potenciranju aksiološke razlike između ova tri koncepta. Međutim, kritička rasprava i vlastita procena gledišta znamenitog predstavnika frankfurtske škole dovodi autora do teze o unutrašnjoj interferenciji između erosa, seksualnosti i tanatosa, usled čega on dovodi u sumnju mogućnost striktnog aksiološkog distingviranja pomenutih pojmova. Stoga se na kraju ovog teksta autor zalaže za kompleksnije i supstancijalnije razumevanje erotske vrednosti kao kvaliteta ličnosti.

This paper deals with the mutual relationship between the concepts of Eros, Sexuality and Tanatos in Freud's and Marcuse's theories. The author points out that Marcuse has developed Freud's theory emphasizing the axiological difference between these three concepts. Following the critical evaluation of the main idea of this representative of the Frankfurt School, the author supports the thesis of the immanent interference of the three main concepts. That is the reason why he doubts that it is possible to make strict axiological differentiation between them. At the end of the paper the author, therefore, articulates the idea of more substantial understanding of erotic value as a quality of a personality.
