dc.description.abstractŠkolsko učenje odvija se u sredini koja je između ostalog određena i kvalitetom socioemocionalne interakcije i odnosa nastavnika i učenika. Poslednjih godina sve je veći broj istraživanja i radova koji ukazuju na značaj i ulogu socioemocionalnog odnosa nastavnika i učenika tokom procesa nastave i učenja. U ovom radu analizirani su socioemocionalna interakcija nastavnika i učenika, uloga emocija u procesu nastave i učenja i vezanost za nastavnika, kao specifičan kvalitet emocionalnog odnosa između učenika i nastavnika. Prikazani su rezultati velikog broja istraživanja koji ukazuju da su različiti aspekti socioemocionalnog odnosa značajni za učenje, intrinzičku motivaciju učenika, školsko postignuće, samoefikasnost, doživljaj sebe, socijalne odnose sa vršnjacima i nastavnicima, prilagođenost na školu, angažovanje i entuzijazam u učenju, emocionalne probleme i probleme u ponašanju. Kvalitetan odnos s učenicima odražava se i na entuzijazam, zadovoljstvo poslom i stres nastavnika. U radu je istaknuto da nastavnik može biti baza sigurnosti za učenike u školi, pružajući im sigurnost i podršku koje su neophodne za slobodno istraživanje i učenje u školskoj sredini. Na kraju rada date su neke opšte smernice za unapređivanje nastavničke prakse zasnovane na saznanjima o značaju pozitivnog socioemocionalnog odnosa između nastavnika i učenika.sr
dc.description.abstractSchool learning takes place in an environment which is, among other factors, defined by the quality of the socio-emotional interactions and relationships between teachers and students. In recent years, an increasing number of studies and papers have drawn attention to the importance and role of the socio-emotional relationship between teachers and students in the process of teaching and learning. This paper analyzes the socio-emotional interaction of teachers and students, the role of emotions in the process of teaching and learning, and attachment to a teacher as a specific quality of the emotional relationship between students and teachers. The paper presents the findings of numerous studies which indicate that various aspects of the socio-emotional relationship are important for learning, for students' intrinsic motivation, their academic achievement, self-efficacy, self-perception, social relationships with their peers and teachers, school adjustment, engagement and eagerness to learn, and emotional and behavioral problems. The quality of their relationship with students also affects the enthusiasm of teachers, their job satisfaction, stress levels and well-being. The paper points out that a teacher can be a secure base for students at school, providing them with the security and support they need for free research and learning in the school environment. The final section of the paper offers general guidelines for improving teaching practice based on what is known about the importance of a positive socio-emotional relationship between teachers and students.en
