dc.description.abstract | U radu se predstavlja Curriculum GlobALE, kurikulum zasnovan na kompetencijama i kreiran za potrebe obrazovanja i obuke edukatora za odrasle, prevashodno trenera. Kurikulum je razvijen kao referentni okvir kompetencija i sa ciljem da nađe globalnu primenu. Ovaj kurikulum se analizira sa stanovišta razvoja programa, a povlače se paralele sa razvojem obrazovne ponude. Skiciraju se različiti modeli razvoja programa i njihova orijentacija na kompetencije, a u kontekstu profesionalizacije obrazovanja odraslih, kojoj teži i Curriculum GlobALE. U fokusu je pre svega Modul 5 - njegova pozicija u Curriculum-u GlobALE, naročito set kompetencija za razvoj kurikuluma i njihova funkcija u kontekstu profesionalizacije, jer proširuje tradicionalnu ulogu trenera i dodaje mu nove zahteve i kompetencije. Analiza raznolikosti kulturnog konteksta pokazuje fleksibilnost ovog kurikuluma, ali i činjenicu da TA raznolikost vodi smanjenju razlika između kompetencija za razvoj kurikuluma i za razvoj obrazovne ponude, usled različitog nivoa strukturiranosti sektora obrazovanja odraslih. Iako u različitoj meri u različitim zemljama, napredak u stepenu profesionalizacije obrazovanja odraslih čini kompetencije iz oblasti razvoja programa neophodnim. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | Der Beitrag beschreibt das Curriculum GlobALE, ein kompetenz-orientiertes Kerncurriculum für die Ausbildung von Erwachsenenbildnerinnen und Erwachsenenbildnern im außeruniversitären Bereich, das als qualitätssichernder Referenzrahmen eine globale Gültigkeit anstrebt. Das Curriculum wird aus der Programmplanungsperspektive dargestellt und analysiert. Zunächst werden kurz Programmplanungsmodelle im Kontext der Professionalisierung der Erwachsenenbildung skizziert, mit besonderer Berücksichtigung eines Kompetenzorientierungszugangs, der auch die Grundlage für das Curriculum GlobALE bildet. Daraufhin folgt die Darstellung des Curriculum GlobALE - Charakteristika, Kompetenzen und Inhalte. Analysiert werden vor allem die Kompetenzen für die Programmplanung im Modul fünf des Curriculums - die Begründung ihrer Einbeziehung in das Curriculum, ihre Funktion im Kontext individueller Professionalisierung und ihre sehr unterschiedliche Rolle in der Erwachsenenbildung in diversen Ländern und Kulturen. | GER |
dc.description.abstract | The paper presents Curriculum GlobALE, a curriculum based on competencies and created for the purposes of education and training of adult educators and coaches, in particular. The curriculum is developed as a referential framework of competencies with the purpose of identifying a global application. The curriculum is analyzed from the perspective of program development and parallels are drawn with the development of the educational offer. We outline the various models of program development and their orientation towards competencies within the context of the professionalization of adult education, which is the ultimate goal of Curriculum GlobALE. We primarily focus on Module 5, i.e. its position within Curriculum GlobALE, particularly on the set of competencies for curriculum development and their function in the context of professionalization, since it expands the traditional role of the coach, adding new requirements and competencies. The analysis of the cultural context diversity demonstrates the flexibility of this curriculum, as well as the fact that such diversity results in the reduction of disparity between competencies for curriculum development and educational offer development, due to the different structure of the adult education sectors. Even though it differs in various degrees in different countries, progress in the degree of professionalization of adult education renders program development competencies essential. | en |
