Mirovni ugovori između Ugarske i Osmanskog carstva iz 1503. i 1519. godine

Abstract

Mir koji je 1519 godine potpisan između ugarske i Osmanskog carstva poslednji je potpisani mir između ove dve države u predmohačkom periodu Njemu je prethodio mir iz 1503 godine u kome su preciznije navedene granice između Ugarske i Osmanskog carstva, i zagarantovana sloboda kretanja trgovcima i poslanicima Celo ovo razdoblje je prožeto međusobnim čarkama na granici koja postojanje mirovnih ugovora i primirja nije sprečavalo, ali ostaje činjenica da je postojala potreba sa obe strane da se stanje popravi i uredi Na to posebno upućuje klauzula o predviđenoj slobodi kretanja za trgovce Trgovina je u srednjem veku bila izuzetno važna privredna grana, a posebno u pograničnim područjima U radu se prilažu tekstovi mirovnih ugo- vora iz 1503 i iz 1519 godine na latinskom jeziku, a zatim i u prevodu na srpski jezik

Peace signed in 1519 between Hungary and the Ottoman Empire is the last peace treaty between these two states in the Pre-Mohacs period . The peace was preceded by the one from 1503 where the boundaries between Hungary and the Ottoman Empire had been given more precisely, and the freedom of movement for the merchants and deputies had been guaranteed . The whole period was permeated with mutual altercations on the border that were not prevented by the peace contracts and the treaty, but the fact remains that there was a need on both sides to mend and rectify the situation . It is obvious in the clause on the provided freedom of movement for the merchants . The trade was an extremely important branch of economy in the Middle Ages, particularly in the borderline areas . In this paper, there are contributed texts of the Peace contracts from 1503 and 1519 in Latin and also translated in Serbian .
