Professionalization of educators in family life education
Апстракт
Education, life, family - three words that comprehend so many different ideas,
understandings, and interpretation. How, then, of so much "different" can we create a definition of family life education? How, then, can we determine personal and professional competencies that make adult educator in this area a professional in the field of education, life, and family? Multidisciplinary approach in the area of family life education is the basis for multi-professionalization in its practical implementation. Hence, the question of
preparation of educators in this area is considered essential for successful development, implementation and evaluation of programs in family life education. Certification of educators for family life education is recognized as one of the reliable ways to achieve high quality of family life education.
