Abstract
U radu se razmatra problem funkcije i karakteristika istraživanja koja pokreću i realizuju pedagozi u školi. Polazi se od stava da je proučavanje školske prakse jedna od ključnih pretpostavki za realizaciju osnovnog cilja rada pedagoga u školi - unapređivanje vaspitno-obrazovne prakse. Funkcija i značaj istraživanja koja preduzimaju pedagozi u školi sagledava se iz ugla povezanosti istraživačkog rada i procesa evaluacije školskog rada, pretpostavki i mogućnosti razvijanja saradničkih odnosa u školi i uloge praktičara u procesu istraživanja. Posebno se ukazuje na važnost prikupljenih podataka za razradu planova akcija menjanja i razvijanja prakse. Karakteristike istraživanja koja pokreću i realizuju školski pedagozi analiziraju se sa stanovišta prirode problema proučavanja, svrhe istraživanja, uzorka/ispitanika, metoda i tehnika prikupljanja i obrade podataka. Kao bitne osobenosti ove grupe istraživanja izdvajaju se usmerenost na proučavanje problema u praksi sa ciljem njenog razumevanj...a i unapređivanja, kao i manji obim ovih istraživanja u smislu složenosti problema i metodološkog aparata potrebnog za njihovu realizaciju.
The paper considers the issue of the functions and characteristics of research which school pedagogues initiate and conduct. The starting point is that the study of school practice is one of the key presumptions for the realization of the basic aim of the school pedagogue‘s work - the advancement of educational practice. The function and importance of the research conducted by school pedagogues are viewed from the angle of interrelatedness of research work and the evaluation process of the work in school, the assumptions and possibilities for the development of cooperative relations in school and the role of practitioners in the research process. Particularly highlighted is the significance of gathered information for the elaboration of action plans for changes and further development of practice. The characteristics of research initiated and conducted by school pedagogues are analysed from the point of view of the nature of the issues under study, the purpose of the research, sample/r...espondents, methods and techniques used for data collecting and processing. The outstanding feature of this type of research is the focus on the study of practical issues, aimed at gaining deeper understanding and further development of the field, as well as, in fewer cases, full perception of the complexity of the issues and methodological apparatus necessary for their realization.
