Shvatanja i modeli profesionalnog pripremanja andragoga u Belgiji
Concepts and models of professional preparations of andragogues in Belgium
Abstract
U Belgiji se, kao ravnopravnoj zajednici tri naroda, koja ima dugu tradiciju i izrazito razgranat sistem obrazovanja odraslih razvija svojevrsno specifično, neuniformno shvatanje problema profesionalnog pripremanja andragoga. Modeli profesionalnog pripremanja andragoga zastupljeni kako u Flandriji, tako i u Valoniji, razlikuju se ne samo s obzirom na nivo, već i na vremensko trajanje, organizacionu osnovu, područja i sadržaje studija, pa predstavljaju pravu riznicu kreativnih improvizacija u stalno previrućim promišljanjima problema profesionalnog pripremanja andragoga, koja može da ima značajnu implementaciju u multikulturalnim zajednicama sa široko razgranatom lepezom ponuda u oblasti obrazovanja odraslih.
In Belgium, as a community of three equal nations, that has a long tradition and very ramified system of adult education, a special, nonuniform understanding of the problem of the professional training of andragogues is developed. The models of professional training are present in both Flanders and Valons communities and they differ not only regarding their level, but also duration, organizational basis, scope of activity and contents of studies, and represent a real treasury of creative improvisations in permanently fermenting analyses of the problem of professional preparations of andragogues that could have important implementation in the multi-cultural communities with widely ramified offers in the field of adult education.
