dc.description.abstractEmpirijsko istraživanje čiji se rezultati u radu prezentuju i analiziraju imalo je za cilj da se, s jedne strane, ispitaju osnovne karakteristike završnih procena postignuća polaznika na kursevima stručnog osposobljavanja, a s druge strane, doprinos rezultata ovih procena unapređenju kvaliteta narednih kurseva namenjenih stručnom osposobljavanju odraslih. Uzorkom su obuhvaćeni realizatori 25 kurseva iz različitih institucija. Nalazi pokazuju da se s obzirom na ispitivane elemente i aspekte završnih procena postignuća polaznika pored izvesnih sličnosti pojavljuje i po nekoliko varijeteta u načinima njihove realizacije. Rezultati postignuti na završnim procenama postaju osnova za analizu kurseva i vršenje izmena u cilju unapređivanja njihovog kvaliteta samo u 'ekstremnim' slučajevima, kao što su: da svi polaznici uvek (prilikom ponavljanja istih kurseva) uspešno završavaju program; da niko od polaznika nije uspešno završio kurs ili samo mali broj njih; i kada se pojavljuje velika diskrepancija u postignućima polaznika između faznih i finalnih procena.sr
dc.description.abstractEmpirical research which results are being presented and analysed in the paper, had the aim of studying the basic characteristics of the final estimation of the students on one hand, the contribution of the result of these changes improve the quality of the advanced courses. The sample included retaliators of 25 courses of different institutions. The results show that considering the studied elements and aspects of the final estimations of the students' achievements, apart from some similarities, there are some varieties in the ways of their realisation. Results achieved at final estimation become the basis for courses analyses and making changes with the aim of improving their quality only in 'extreme' cases, such as: all the participants always (during repeating all the courses), they successfully finish the programme, that none of students has successfully completed the course, or only a small number of them; and the great discrepancy is seen in the achievement of the phased and final estimations.en
