Uticaj nacionalne kulture na organizacionu strukturu

Abstract
U radu se analizira uticaj kulturnih činilaca na strukturu organizacije. U uvodnom delu se određuju pojmovi organizacionog dizajna i organizacione strukture. Ukazuje se na nužnost razlikovanja formalne i neformalne strukture organizacije. Nacionalna kultura se posmatra kao jedan od bitnih faktora organizacione strukture i analizira snaga njenog relativnog uticaja. Kao najvažnije dimenzije nacionalne kulture koje utiču na strukturu organizacije ističu se distanca moći i izbegavanje neizvesnosti, ali se ukazuje i na važnost posmatranja dejstva nacionalne kulture holistički (kao sistema vrednosti). Pomenuti sistemski ili holistički pristup primenjuje se u analizi uticaja kulture na strukturu preduzeća u Srbiji.
The influence of cultural factors on organizational structure is analyzed in the paper. Concepts of organizational design and organizational structure are defined in the introduction. The necessity of differentiation of formal and informal structure of an organization is emphasized. National culture is conceived as one of the important factors of organizational structure and the strength of its relative impact is analyzed. Power distance and uncertainty avoidance is pointed out as the most significant dimensions of national culture that influence the structure of an organization, but also the importance of understanding the impact of national culture in holistic manner (as a system of values). This system or holistic approach is applied in the analysis of cultural influence on structure of Serbian enterprises.
