U radu je dato čitanje i prevod na savremeni srpski jezik sa komentarima testamenta gospođe Klare, ćerke Ivana Ivaniševića iz Poljica i supruge vojvode humskog i krajine Petra Pavlovića, člana poznate humske srednjovekovne vlasteoske porodice Vlatković.
The last will of Mrs Klara was composed on 20 August 1519. Soon after that Klara died. Her testament was opened on 1 September the same year by the consul of the Republic of Dubrovnik, judges and witnesses who had seen its registration. The will is the only known historical source which proves the existence of Mrs Klara, thus we know almost nothing about her. Her father was Ivan Ivanišević from Poljica. She had brothers who lived in Poljica, probably in the family house. Klara got married twice. From the marriage with her first husband (still nameless to the history) she had a daughter Ana. The second time she married the Duke of Hum, Petar Pavlović, with whom she had no children. From the will we learnt that marriage with Klara was not the first one of Duke Petar - from a previous marriage he had a son, named Pavle.
