dc.description.abstractU okviru projekta i modela Porodičnog kluba mogu se razlikovati tri modusa uvođenja potreba: 1. samim ciljem i zadacima uvažavanje potreba korisnika, saradnika i lokalne zajednice; 2. obuhvat radom više nivoa pojavljivanja potreba korisnika i 3. izdvajanje (radi zadovoljavanja) različitih aspekata ispoljavanja obrazovnih potreba korisnika. Ovom prilikom predstavljeno je istraživanje obrazovnih potreba odraslih s obzirom na područja i sadržaje obrazovanja u porodičnim klubovima u Beogradu, Novom Sadu i Subotici, obavljeno kontinuirano, kao osnova za planiranje, programiranje i ostvarivanje programa - u okviru projekta realizovanog pod pokroviteljstvom Fonda za otvoreno društvo u periodu 1993- 1996. Prikazani su podaci dobijeni na osnovu odgovora većine korisnika koji su se duže zadržali na programima kluba. Istraživanje u Beogradu vršeno je u dva navrata; u prvom, ispitano je 29 ljudi, dok su u narednom, uključujući i subotički i novosadski klub, anketirana 134 člana. Istraživanjem obuhvaćeni korisnici, prvenstveno programa namenjenih odraslima, su žene, starosti od 23 do 68 godina, različitih nivoa obrazovanja, od osnovnog do visokoškolskog, u gotovo podjednakom broju zaposleni i nezaposleni, pridošli sa ratom ugroženih područja bivše Jugoslavije, ali i poreklom iz domicilnih porodica, najčešće sa jednim do dvoje dece. Prilikom izbora sadržaja, u kategoriji manje strukturiranih programa, veoma je izraženo interesovanje prema karakteristikama drugih kultura. Kada je reč o više strukturiranim programima, prvo mesto na osnovu opredeljivanja korisnika pripalo je Školi za roditelje. U ovoj kategoriji programa odrasli su u velikom broju iskazivali potrebe za učenjem engleskog jezika i osposobljavanjem za korišćenje računara. I na osnovu dobijenih rezultata i na osnovu uvida u celokupnu realizaciju programa Kluba, mogu se uočiti razlike u odabiru programa između odraslih i dece, što se najjasnije iskazuje na primerima iz oblasti ekologije i likovnih umetnosti. Pored naznačenih, mogu se uočiti i razlike u opredeljivanju odraslih za određene programske segmente u različitim etapama rada klubova, koje poprimaju pravac od programa koji doprinose lakšem zadovoljavanju elementarnih potreba do programa koji su rezultat samostalnog kreiranja i realizacije. Uočene tendencije pružaju zanimljivu sliku o prirodi obrazovnih potreba korisnika Kluba i njihovoj razvojnosti, tvoreći osnovu za razvoj projekta i dalje istraživanje.sr
dc.description.abstractWithin the scope of the project and model of the Family club one can distinguish three modes of introduction of needs: 1. The goal itself and tasks of respecting of needs of users, collaborators and local community. 2. The grasp of work of numerous levels of appearing of users' needs and 3. The separation (for fulfillment) of different aspects of emerging of users' educational needs. On this occasion the research of adult educational needs with respect to the fields and contents of education in family clubs in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Subotica is presented. This research has been performed continuously as a basis for planning, programming and achieving of the program realized under the patronage of the Fund for Open Society in the period 1993-1996. The data obtained as an answer of the majority of the users that were participants in the programs of the Club are presented. The research in Belgrade was performed twice: firstly, 29 people were interrogated and secondly, including clubs in Subotica and Novi Sad when 134 participants were asked for an opinion. This research included mainly the users of the adult education programs and these were mainly women, from 23 to 68 years of age, on different educational levels - from basic to high education, almost equally employed and unemployed that came from territories endangered by the war, but also of the domicile families origin, mostly with one or two children. On the occasion of choosing of contents, in the category of the less structured programs, the interest for the characteristics of other cultures is very clearly expressed. When one speaks of the more structured programs the first place, on the basis of the users' determination, is the one of the School for Parents. In this category of programs adults showed in great number the need for learning the English and qualifying for the computer usage. Both on the results obtained and the insight in the whole realization of the Club's program one can notice the differences in choosing of programs between adults and children and that is most visible in the cases of ecology and fine arts. Besides the above mentioned differences one can also notice the ones that are characteristic for determination of adults for the specific program segments by different stages of clubs' work and obtain the direction from programs that contribute to easier fulfillment of elementary needs to programs that are result of individual creating and realization. The observed tendencies give interesting picture about the nature of educational needs of the users of the Club and their development thus making the basis for the development of the project and further research.en
