dc.description.abstractDramatična i dinamična zbivanja na prostorima bivše i današnje Jugoslavije devedesetih godina, značajno su se odrazila i na praksu vaspitanja i obrazovanja, dovodeći do javljanja novih organizacionih oblika obrazovanja, novih institucija u ovoj oblasti i novih programskih orijentacija, a takođe i do potenciranja krize u koju su zapali neki od ranije postojećih oblika i institucija ove vrste. Suočavanje sa novim okolnostima i potrebama pojedinaca i porodica u mnogim je aspektima aktualizovalo snage i mogućnosti obrazovanja. Porodični kamp, a zatim, Porodični klub, forme su rada u kojima je u proteklom periodu kontinuirano otvarana mogućnost izbeglom ali i domaćem stanovništvu za ostvarenje prava i prostora za razvoj i zadovoljavanje viših potreba, te jačanje zdravih porodičnih i ličnih snaga. U radu se daje presek nastanka i razvoja i opisuju karakteristike i funkcije Porodičnog kampa i Porodičnog kluba - kao dva specifična oblika obrazovno- kulturnog rada sa decom i odraslima. Predstavlja se Projekat Porodičnog kluba kao socijalno-edukativnog centra, čiji su programi usmereni ka razvoju i zadovoljavanju socijalnih, obrazovnih i kulturnih potreba pojedinaca i porodica, saradnika i lokalne zajednice. Takođe se otvaraju i mogući pravci daljeg razvoja i širenja modela, uz uvažavanje specifičnosti pojedinih sredina i bogaćenje projekata njihovim vrednostima.sr
dc.description.abstractTumultuous and dramatic events that were happening during last decade on the territory of the former and present Yugoslavia have caused the occurrence of new social and individual needs, which resulted, on one hand, in the opening of new institutions and educational forms, and the introducing of new educational contents, and, on the other hand, pointed to inadequacy of the educational offer of previous institutions and forms. In this paper the origin of a new form of education, called Family club, from the beginning in 1993, connected with organizing of the Family camp and Parents' club, to spreading of the network of Family clubs in different cities is presented. Family club is conceived as social and educational center with multi-directional influence on the development and fulfillment of social, educational and cultural needs of individuals and families, associates and local community. Within the Club as the basic organizational form numbers of other forms are organized as well as contents intended separately for children and separately for adults. The model of the Club also includes continuos work on its theoretical foundations, further forming of its organizational structure, conception developing and practice of educational work with users and creators of the program, specifying the roles of the Club in dependence on the characteristics of the local communities, evaluation of the model, contents and ways of work and spreading of the network of family clubs. During the period of existence and the development the Family club was continuously transforming as the needs of the users, associates and local communities were changing. In the previous work of the three family clubs (Beograd, Novi Sad and Subotica) 130 families were involved, mostly from the refugee population, but also from the local population.en
