The great third place for the greatest third half-time tavern and the veteran's football
Abstract
U radu se analizira značaj kafane u organizacionoj kulturi fudbalskog kluba veterana i veteranskog fudbala u Beogradu. Istražuje se uloga kafane kao sjajnog trećeg mesta u kojem se organizuje druženje nakon utakmice - treće poluvreme i proverava teza da je upravo to treće poluvreme i najvažniji cilj organizacije kako pojedinačnih klubova, tako i celokupnog takmičenja. Osnovni pojmovi i pristupi sociologije organizacije čine teorijski okvir u kojem se nastoji sprovesti pomenuto istraživanje - pojam organizacije, organizacione kulture, sadržaj i tipovi organizacione kulture. U ovom interdisciplinarnom nastojanju posežemo i za doprinosima sociologije slobodnog vremena i kafanologije.
This paper analyzes the significance of a tavern in the organizational culture of veterans' football clubs as well as veterans' football in Belgrade. The role of the tavern as 'The Great Third Place' (in which socializing after the game takes place - the 'Third Half-Time') is studied, as well as the hypothesis that the 'Third Half Time' itself is the most important purpose for the organization of particular clubs, as well as competitions in general. Fundamental sociological concepts of such organisations have been used as a theoretical framework for the research - the concepts of organization, organizational culture, their content and types. In this interdisciplinary endeavor, the contributions of leisure sociology and tavernology have also been considered.
