U tekstu autor polemiše protiv dvojice svojih kritičara, Vladimira Ilića i Borislava Milića, koji pripadaju novoobrazovanoj Milićevskoj neoboljševičkoj školi. Polemika se pretežno odnosi na probleme delanja društvenih grupa. Autor takođe pruža i neke uvide u neoboljševičku teoriju društvenih grupa, klasnih sukoba, autoritarne vlasti i 'buržoaske demokratije'.
In the text the author polemizes against his two critics, Vladimir Ilić and Borislav Milić, who happened to be the members of the newly established Milićian neo-bolshevist school. The polemics is mainly concerned with the problems of the action of social groups. The author offers also some insights in the neo-bolshevist theory of social groups, class struggle, authoritarian government and 'bourgeois democracy'.
