Abstract
U radu se polazi od potrebe za ostvarivanje saradničkog odnosa i ispituju se okolnosti koje utiču na mogućnost ostvarivanja saradnje nastavnika i stručnih saradnika. Analiza okolnosti vrši se u okviru društvenog okruženja sistema obrazovanja, obrazovne institucije, a posebno se naglašava značaj delovanja pojedinca. U okviru ovih kategorija opisane su otežavajuće i olakšavajuće okolnosti za ostvarivanje saradnje. Jedna od olakšavajućih okolnosti može biti obrazovanje za saradnju, ukoliko se njime ne utiče samo na usvajanje stručnih znanja, već i na razvoj ličnosti.
The work starts from the need that the collaboration should be established and investigates into the possibilities of realization of the teacher collaborator cooperation. The analysis of circumstances is carried out in the social environment, the system of education, the educational institution, and especially stresses the importance of individual activity. Within these categories are described disadvantages and advantages for realization of this cooperation. One of the advantages may be education for cooperation, on condition its aim is not only the acquisition of knowledge but also the development of personality.
