dc.description.abstract | Ovaj rad je nastao kao rezultat potrebe da se obrazovanje i usavršavanje nastavnika menja u skladu sa promenama nastavnikove uloge u društvu, kao i razvojem teorije obrazovanja. Razmatraju se problemi obrazovanja nastavnika kroz ekspliciranje dilema koje se mogu postaviti pred one koji se bave ovim obrazovanjem. Daju se elementi za razradu novog pristupa obrazovanju i usavršavanju nastavnika, do kojih su autorke došle sopstvenim iskustvenim učenjem u radu na obrazovanju i usavršavanju nastavnika. Novi model u nastajanju je predstavljen kroz elaboraciju značenja promene direkcije u promišljanju ciljeva, sadržaja i metoda obrazovanja nastavnika, u dinamičkoj isprepletenosti sa ciljevima, sadržajima i metodama obrazovanja uopšte. Pored toga, u radu su prikazane osnovne teme međunarodne konferencije 'Nastavnici i njihovo univerzitetsko obrazovanje na pragu milenijuma', održane u Pragu 1998. godine. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | This work is a result of the necessity that the training and advanced training teachers change in accordance with the change of the teachers' role in the society as well as development of the theory of education. It analyses the problems of teachers training through explaining the dilemmas that may appear among those who are engaged in this kind of education. It also offers elements for devising a new approach to the teachers training and advancing to which the authors come through their own experiences in their work on teachers training. This new model which is under way is presented through elaboration of the importance of change of direction in thinking up the objectives, the contents and the methods of teachers training, in the dynamic interaction with the objectives, contents and methods of education in general. Beside, the work presents the basic topics at the international conference 'Teachers and Their University Training at the beginning of the Millennium held in Prague in 1998. | en |
