dc.description.abstractU današnje vreme globalizacije, vreme modernog biznisa i modernog načina poslovanja, sve ređe možemo videti organizacije koje su zasnovane na zastarelim metodama poslovanja. Kako vreme odmiče, ono za sobom nosi i izvesne promene koje moramo slediti i pravila kojih se moramo pridržavati kako bi smo uspeli u turbulentnom okruženju. Samim tim kompanije koje su bile zasnovane na starim načinima poslovanja polako gube na vrednosti, zaostaju u trci za konkurencijom i nestaju iz borbene arene u kojoj se odvija bitka za opstanak. Da bi smo opstali u budućnosti moramo da se menjamo, prilagođavamo, pratimo trendove i učimo brže od drugih konkurenata. Savremene kompanije sve više postaju „organizacije koje uče”, ne zato što njihovi menadžeri i zaposleni vole da uče nove stvari već zato što je to jedini način da prežive u savremenom okruženju. Naime, posle eksploatisanja prirodnih resursa u XVIII, tehnologije u XIX, finansija u XX veku, znanje postaje osnovni resurs i izvor konkurentske prednosti organizacija u XXI veku. Neće više biti u konkurentnoj prednosti ona kompanija koja ima pristup prirodnim resursima, tehnologiji i/ili obilju finansijskih sredstava već ona koja ima sposobnost kontinualnog učenja i korišćenja znanja u cilju stvaranja superiornih proizvoda i usluga na tržištu. Organizacije su, kao i pojedinci, sposobne da uče. Osnovni korak koji je potrebno preduzeti jeste kompletna transformacija sadašnjeg postojećeg znanja i momentalni prelazak na „organizaciju koja uči“, iz prostog razloga jer znanje predstavlja moć.sr
dc.description.abstractIn the era of globalization, modern business and modern ways to make business, we rarely see organizations that are based on outdated methods of doing business. As time goes by, it brings changes which we must follow and the rules that must be complied with, in order to succeed in a turbulent environment. Therefore companies that were based on old ways of doing business slowly lose their value, they fall behind competitors and disappear from the combat arena, where battle for survival is. In order to survive in the future we must to change, adapt, monitor trends and learn faster than other competitors. Modern companies are increasingly becoming "learning organizations", not because their managers and employees love to learn new things but because it is the only way to survive in the modern environment. Namely, after the exploitation of natural resources in the XVIII, technology in XIX, finance in the XX century, knowledge becomes a resource and a source of competitive advantage of organizations in the XXI century. Company that has access to natural resources, technology and / or abundance of financial resources will not have competitive advantage in the future, it will company that has the ability continuous learning and use of knowledge in order to create superior products and services on the market. Organizations, like individuals, are able to learn. The main step which must be undertaken is a complete transformation of existing knowledge and the immediate transition to "a learning organization", due to the simple reason that today knowledge is power.sr
