dc.description.abstractInitiated university reform process and need for adjustment with requirements and standards defined in Bologne Declaration made the need to increase quality of teaching and efficiency of studies. Among different factors that define teaching quality and efficiency, teacher competencies, especially pedagogical-andragogical, are certainly among the most important. This year, at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, the project with the aim to establish the system for university teachers training, to develop program for basic and specialized knowledge by which university teachers competencies can be gained and developed and to organize seminars for their training, has started. Final aim is to increase the teching quality and to raise efficiency of studies.sr
