Teacher Training in Adult and Vocational Education – some experiences
Апстракт
In this paper, we will try to explain our main ideas for different reorganization, preparation and delivery of teacher training programs for different target groups in adult and secondary vocational education. Our focus will be on two trainings for teachers that were delivered in the first half of year 2004: first - with the target group of teachers for particular subjects in secondary vocational schools, and second - with the target group of teachers and trainers in computer education, who work in worker`s, people`s and open universities.
