Технолошка анализа сечива и ламела са орињасијенског налазишта Мала Градина у Кулашима у Северној Босни

Abstract

У овом раду представљени су резултати технолошке анализе сечива и ламела са локалитета Мала градина у Кулашима у северној Босни, прикупљених током истраживања 1962. године. Kако материјал обухваћен овом студијом није до сада био детаљно анализиран ни публикован, главни циљ овог рада био je да се провере наводи Ђ. Баслера о хомогености скупине и његовом опредељењу у ориња сијен. Резултати анализе показали су да материјал припада јединствeном скупу, а приликом упоређивања добијених резултата са орињасијенским сечивима и ламела ма у региону, потврђена је њихова атрибуција у рани горњи палеолит.

The archaeological site of Mala Gradina in Kulaši was detected as a potential Palaeolithic site in 1959. After two years, systematic excavations were undertaken by Đ. Basler, from the National Museum in Sarajevo. After two years of excavations, more than 3500 lithic artefacts were collected and interpreted as Aurignacian. With the aim of verifying this interpretation, as well as observations that Mala Gradina is a single-layered site with secondarily deposited material, the results of the spatial and vertical distribution of the sample of 386 lithic artefacts, collected during the excavations in 1962, are presented in this paper, as well as the results of a detailed technological analysis of 155 laminar products. Results of both analyses show that the assemblage from Mala Gradina is unique, secondarily deposited during the construction of tumuli from the Bronze Age in three layers – layers 2, 3 and 5. The comparison of the material from this site with Aurignacian sites from the Balkan Peninsula confirmed interpretations of this assemblage as that with an Early Upper Palaeolithic character, although further interpretation of phases or types of Aurignacian is still questionable.
