Српска четничка акција у источном Повардарју 1911-1912

Abstract

Након младотурске револуције 1908, српска четничка акција је престала да се спроводи, као и герилске акције комита и андарта. Након доношења устава у Османском царству Српска четничка организација претопила се у српску политичку организацију у империји. Притисак новог режима је убрзо изазвао обнављање револуционарне акције ВМOРО-а, а затим и Срба чије се чете јављају од лета 1911. на планини Козјаку и у крајевима око Криве Паланке и Куманова. За разлику од претходног периода четничке акције, током 1911. и 1912. српске чете се нису сукобљавале са комитама ВМОРО-а, с којима су односи успостављени ако не на принципу савезништва, а онда свакако на толерисању у циљу одвојене борбе против заједничког непријатеља. Српске чете избегавале су и сукобе са османском војском и њихов главни циљ до лета 1912. било је револуционарно организовање и наоружавање српски изјашњеног становништва. Од тог тренутка главни циљ им је постао припремање устаничких и диверзантских акција за тренутак избијању рата балканских савезника са Османским царством. Рад је написан првенствено на основу необјављене и до сада некоришћене грађе из фондова Архива Србије, те на основу малобројних објављених документарних и наративних извора и литературе.

Serbian chetnik organization stopped its activities after the Young Turk Revolution of 1908, just as the Komitas and Andarts did with their guerrilla actions. Serbian chetnik organization joined the Serbian political organization of the Ottoman empire after the promulgation of its constitution in the Ottoman Empire. The pressure of the new regime soon provoked the resumption of the revolutionary action of the IMRO, and then of the Serbs as well. Serbian Chetnik troops have been appearing on the Mount Kozjak and in the areas around Kriva Palanka and Kumanovo since the summer of 1911, and work on their organization and the creation of a revolutionary network began to accelerate in May 1912. In 1911 and 1912 Serbian Chetnik troops did not clash with the IMORO commitas, but established tolerant relations in order to fight separately against a common enemy. Serbian troops also avoided conflicts with the Ottoman army, and their main goal until the summer of 1912 was the revolutionary organization and arming of the Serbian population. From that moment their main goal was preparation of divergent actions in waiting for the moment of the outbreak of war between the Balkan allies and the Ottoman Empire. This paper focuses on organization of Serbian chetnik troops in the Ottoman Empire, as well as on changes in the command and execution of their actions. It was written primarily on unpublished and hitherto unused material from the Archives of Serbia, and on the basis of a small number of published documentary and narrative sources and literature.
