dc.description.abstractU radu se na osnovu rezultata empirijskog istraživanja ukazuje na značaj percepcije lokusa kontrole sopstvenog položaja zaposlenog u organizaciji za andragošku teoriju i praksu. Navedena pojava, u zavisnosti od percepcije, deluje kao motivator ili barijera obrazovanju zaposlenih, uslovljavajući intenzitet, vrstu i obim obrazovnih aktivnosti zaposlenih. .sr
dc.description.abstractThis paper, based on empirical research results, tries to indicate on importance of control locus perception of employee's position in organization for andragogical theory and practice. These phenomenon, depending of perception, act as a motivator or obstacle of employee's education, stipulate intensity, category and extent of employee's educational activity. .en
