dc.description.abstract | Tema ovog rada je konceptualizacija kvaliteta obrazovnih sistema. Relevantna literatura iz ove oblasti upućuje na pet ključnih dimenzija kvaliteta obrazovnih sistema: efektivnost, efikasnost, pravičnost, relevantnost i održivost. Prve dve dimenzije proizlaze prevashodno iz ekonomskog pristupa konceptualizaciji kvaliteta, a preostale tri iz tzv. humanističko-progresivističkog pristupa. U skladu sa ciljem definisanja svake pojedinačne dimenzije, rad je strukturiran u pet manjih celina. Proučavanje međusobnog odnosa ovih dimenzija je veliki izazov za buduća istraživanja. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | The theme of this paper is conceptualization of the quality of educational systems. The relevant literature in this field indicates five crucial dimensions of the education system quality: effectiveness, efficiency, equity, relevance and sustainability. The first two dimensions originate primarily from the economic approach to the conceptualization of quality and the subsequent three from the so-called humanistic-progressivistic approach. In accord with our goal to define each single dimension, the article contains five sections. The study of interrelatedness of these dimensions poses is a big challenge to future research. | en |
