Апстракт
Namera ovog rada je da ispita, kritički sagleda i interpretira odgovore ispitanika na jedno važno i složeno pitanje - šta misle o ugledu vaspitno-obrazovnih profesija. Dakle, cilj je bio da se utvrdi ugled vaspitno-obrazovnih profesija pa je sagledan i analiziran u istorijskoj i savremenoj perspektivi. U empirijskom istraživanju, korišćenjem deskriptivne metode, a u okviru nje tehnikom anketiranja i skaliranja, na prigodnom uzorku, došlo se do rezultata koji ukazuju na nizak ugled svih istraživanih vaspitno-obrazovnih profesija, izuzev profesije profesora univerziteta. Dobijeni nalazi verovatno mogu imati negativne implikacije na kvalitet aktuelnog i budućeg vaspitno-obrazovnog rada, a što se već ispoljava kroz izraženo nasilje nad nastavnim kadrovima, lošu selekciju nastavnog podmlatka, feminizaciju vaspitno-obrazovnih profesija, kao i lošu finansijsku situaciju prosvetara. Na osnovu analize istraživačkih rezultata i njihovih međusobnih odnosa, došli smo do zaključka da će se ovakav t...rend 'nezavidnog ugleda' vaspitno-obrazovnih profesija neumitno nastaviti, što predstavlja izazov, ne samo za dotične profesije, već i za društvo u celini.
The intention of this paper is to study, critically observe and interpret replies of the interviewees on one crucial question - what is their opinion about the reputation of educational/pedagogical professions. So the aim was to observe analyse and determine the reputation of pedagogical-educational professions. Reputation of educational-pedagogical profession was seen and analysed in historical and contemporary perspective. The empirical research, using descriptive methods and within them techniques of questionnaires and scales at the suitable sample, there were the given results which show low reputation of educational-pedagogical professions, and the only one exception is the university professor profession. Given analyses can possibly have negative implications on the quality of actual and future pedagogical-educational work, and this is seen through violence on teachers, bad selection of young teachers, feminisation of pedagogical-educational profession, as well as bad financial s...ituation of teachers. Based on the analysis of the researched results and their mutual relations we came to the conclusion that this trend of 'bad reputation' of pedagogical-educational profession is going to be continued, and this is challenge, not only for those professions but also for the society in general.
