dc.description.abstract | Rad predstavlja osvrt na istraživanje obrazovanja nastavnika koje je autorka obavila radeći na obrazovanju predmetnih nastavnika u Centru za pedagoško, psihološko i metodičko obrazovanje na Filozofskom fakultetu u Beogradu. Iako se polazi od kratkog prikaza istraživanja, on je samo osnova za kritičko razmatranje kroz koje se nastoji doći do sagledavanja njegovog značenja za teoriju i praksu obrazovanja nastavnika. U ovom sagledavanju polazi se od konteksta u kome se istraživanje odvijalo, dilema i teškoća sa kojima se autorka suočavala i načina na koje ih je rešavala, da bi se, zatim razmatrali njegovi potencijalni dometi i ograničenja. Na ovaj način se, osim kritičkog prikaza jednog istraživanja predstavlja postupak preispitivanja sopstvenog angažmana u istraživanju i obrazovanju, koji može da bude izazov za istraživače i nastavnike da prate svoj rad i dalje razvijaju načine evaluacije i samoevaluacije sopstvenog delovanja kako bi razvijali svoje načine istraživanja vaspitno-obrazovne programe i sebe kao refleksivne praktičare i teoretičare. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | This paper represents a review of research of teachers education which the author did working at education of subject teachers in the center of pedagogical, psychological and methodological education at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. This paper starts from the short review of research which is the basis for critical analysis of its meaning for theory and praxis of teachers' education. This research starts from the context in which a research has been done, dilemmas and difficulties the author had dealt with, and ways she solved them, and after that goals and borders were analyzed. In this way, apart from critical review of a research, an action of studying own engagement in research and education which can be a challenge for researchers and teachers to follow their work and further develop ways of evaluation and self-evaluation of own actions, so that they can develop their ways of research, pedagogical-educational programmes and themselves as reflexive practitioners and theoreticians. | en |
